Aged 22 years old, Ben has been racing motocross since the age of 7.

During this time he has progressed from a 50cc Automatic bike to the 250cc 4 stroke he's currently riding and has typically maintained a top 10 position in group races.

Hants & Dorset Club highlights:

• 1st place in the club championship in the 80cc group, 1st place in the senior group and 3rd place in the expert group
• voted schoolboy sportsman of the year and schoolboy rider of the year
• voted 2 years running expert rider and expert sportsman in the adult group

Ben has gone on to compete in adult competition and has proven to be a talented rider amongst his peers.

Early experiences in adult competition:

• 4th in the 2002 Remedies Bar championship junior group, then moving up to the 125 expert group the following year
• voted most improved rider in 2002
• started competing in the British under 21's, gaining points and building experience.

Ben has continued to gain experience with him placing 6th in the Remedies Bar championship in 2004, 2nd in British Championship support group in 2005 with 25th in the main event. He also placed 8th in the DEP Challenge in 2005, 25th in the British and 3rd in the Remedies in 2006.

Ben has also successfully competed in Jersey, Ireland, Belgium and Holland and is ACU Coaching Certified.
